The overall goal of the project is to make the availability of traceable magnetic measurements according to the EU stakeholder’s needs, by disseminating developed NMI knowledge and expertise and considering future smart-specialisation. Objectives

The specific objectives of the project are:

1. To identify existing stakeholder needs in the area of magnetic measurements and related calibration services, the current European capabilities and the future plans to coordinate and support smart-specialisation in this field.

2. To transfer knowledge and expertise related to magnetic measurement and calibration techniques, specifically that needed to address stakeholder needs, from the expert NMI to the developing NMIs.

3. For each partner to develop a plan, including the sourcing of suitable hardware, the development of measurement procedures and quality schemes, to acquire the capability needed to address the stakeholder needs. The plan must include coordination among the participating NMIs and other NMIs to pave the way to possible follow-up actions and to enable smart-specialisation in magnetic measurements.
